Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that is logistics@labeljenn.com once the order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping takes up to 15-30 working days and Express Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days (to hand make and ship the order)
All the Ready to dispatch items will be delivered within 3-5 working days with a standard shipping option.
If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.
If incase the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Refunds and returns-

Incase of any damaged or defected product received, the request needs to be raised within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the order.

The cancellation request for your order is to be raised within 24 hours upon placing the order, after careful consideration of your request, the support team shall get back to you.
