We Connect

A member of the JENN team will reach out within 24–48 business hours to understand your requirements in detail. Once your consultation is confirmed and the advance payment is completed, we begin the design process

Design Consultation

We develop design concepts tailored to your vision, focusing on silhouette, fabric, fit, and styling direction. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to create a piece that feels uniquely yours.

Refine & Approve

Receive three unique design concepts for your outfit, each exploring different silhouettes, details, and styling directions. We refine the selected concept together through feedback before finalizing it for production.

Delivery Timeline

Your production timeline is planned around your event date to ensure timely completion. Consultations and fittings take place at the JENN studio, with 2–3 fitting sessions and alterations typically completed before final delivery.

Your Outfit Is Ready

Your custom-designed piece has been crafted, fitted, and quality-checked to meet our standards. Once complete, it will be ready for studio collection or scheduled delivery.
