Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
All purchases made on Label Jenn are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or alterations under any circumstances.
The only exception applies to products (including sale products) received in a defective or damaged condition, provided that:
a) The issue is reported to our customer care team in writing within 24 hours of delivery;
b) The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact; and
c) Label Jenn’s delivery agent verifies the defect or damage.
If approved, Label Jenn will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit.
International Orders
For international shipments, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Label Jenn shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the Order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. All cancellation requests are subject to review, and Label Jenn reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its sole discretion.
Non-Cancellable Items:
Accessories: Orders for accessories are strictly non-cancellable. Once placed, they will be processed without exception.
Sale/Clearance Products: No return, exchange, or cancellation request can be raised for items purchased during sale or clearance.
Policy on Social Media Conduct & Defamation
At Label Jenn, we value open communication and are always available to address any concerns regarding your order through our official support channels. However, by placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
a) Prohibition on Threats: Customers agree not to use social media or any public platform to threaten, coerce, or attempt to pressure Label Jenn or its representatives into providing returns, cancellations, or services beyond the published policy.
b) Rationale: Certain items are marked as non-returnable or non-cancellable due to hygiene concerns, customization, or handcrafted nature. Liability for Losses during Transit
Label Jenn shall not be liable for any damage to, or loss of, products occurring during transit. Liability in such instances shall rest exclusively with the logistics or courier service provider.
Customers expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Label Jenn from any claims, losses, or demands arising out of such damage or loss.
Customers must raise claims directly with the logistics or courier provider using the applicable AWB (tracking) number. While Label Jenn may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication with the logistics provider, it shall not assume or bear any financial responsibility in this regard.

1. Jewellery
At Label Jenn, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care. Because of the delicate and personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges under the following limited circumstances:

Returns or Exchanges are accepted only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at customersupport@labeljenn.com.
How to Raise a Claim
When raising a claim, you must include:
a) A detailed description of the issue.
b) A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.
c) Clear supporting images of the defect/damage.
d) The product in its original condition, unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Important Note – As all jewellery is handcrafted, minor variations, natural marks, or inclusions are considered part of the design and not defects.
Inspection & Approval
Once your claim is received, our team will inspect the product along with supporting evidence and respond accordingly. Please note that Label Jenn reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any claim without obligation to provide further justification, and such decision shall be final and binding.
The following items are non-returnable:
a) Items not meeting the above conditions.
b) Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
c) Items purchased during sale/clearance events (unless received in defective condition).
2. Accessories (Bags, Belts, Footwear)

General Terms Conditions
Return Shipping:
· Customers must bear return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
· Any customs or duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
Courier Damage:
· If the package is damaged during delivery, please raise a claim directly with the courier provider using the AWB (tracking) number.

Return Packing Requirements:
· Returned items must include all original tags.
· Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each product is handcrafted with care.

Shipping Policy – Apparels, Accessories and Footwear
Order Processing
· Once an order is placed, delivery details will be shared via email/phone.
· All payments are to be made via Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
· Tracking details will be sent by our logistics team from logistics@labeljenn.com once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
· Standard Shipping: 15–30 working days (for hand-making and dispatch).
· Express Shipping: 7–10 working days (for hand-making and dispatch).

Delays
· In case of an expected delay in shipment, the Company will notify the customer with the updated timeline and details.
International Order

· For international orders, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Label Jenn shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.
Incorrect Address
· If an order is marked as delivered to an incorrect or wrong address due to inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous address details provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, Label Jenn shall not be held responsible or liable for such mis-delivery, non-delivery, or any resulting loss or inconvenience.
· If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
· The company will attempt re-delivery only once more after confirming the correct address with the customer.
· Customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Cancellations
· Each Label Jenn piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail.
· As our products are handmade with love and effort, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Incorrect Address
· If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, email us within 24 hours of placing the order with the subject “Address Update”, including the correct address and pin code. We will do our best to accommodate the change before dispatch.
· Once the package has been shipped, no changes to the delivery address can be made.
· If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the package cannot be delivered, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). In the event of an RTO, our team will reach out for further assistance.
· If an order is marked as delivered to an incorrect or wrong address due to inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous address details provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, Label Jenn shall not be held responsible or liable for such mis-delivery, non-delivery, or any resulting loss or inconvenience.
