Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All purchases made on Label Jenn are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or alterations under any circumstances.

The only exception applies to products (including sale products) received in a defective or damaged condition, provided that:

a) The issue is reported to our customer care team in writing within 24 hours of delivery
b) The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
c) Label Jenn’s delivery agent verifies the defect or damage

If approved, Label Jenn will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit.


International Orders

For international shipments, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Label Jenn shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the Order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. All cancellation requests are subject to review, and Label Jenn reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its sole discretion.

Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Accessories: Orders for accessories are strictly non-cancellable. Once placed, they will be processed without exception.

  • Sale/Clearance Products: No return, exchange, or cancellation request can be raised for items purchased during sale or clearance.


1. Jewellery

At Label Jenn, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care. Because of the delicate and personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges under the following limited circumstances:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or Exchanges are accepted only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at customersupport@labeljenn.com.

How to Raise a Claim
When raising a claim, you must include:
a) A detailed description of the issue
b) A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
c) Clear supporting images of the defect/damage
d) The product in its original condition, unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact

Important Note – As all jewellery is handcrafted, minor variations, natural marks, or inclusions are considered part of the design and not defects.

Inspection & Approval
Once your claim is received, our team will inspect the product along with supporting evidence and respond accordingly. Please note that Label Jenn reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any claim without obligation to provide further justification, and such decision shall be final and binding.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not meeting the above conditions

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance events (unless received in defective condition)


2. Accessories (Bags, Belts, Footwear)

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or Exchanges are accepted only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at customersupport@labeljenn.com.

How to Raise a Claim
When raising a claim, you must include:
a) A detailed description of the issue

c) Clear supporting images of the defect/damage
d) The product in its original condition, unworn, unused with all original packaging and tags intact

Important Conditions
a) Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact
b) Sale items are not eligible for Return or Exchange

3. Apparels
