Shipping policy

General Terms & Conditions

Return Shipping:

  • Customers must bear return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

  • Any customs or duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.

Courier Damage:

  • If the package is damaged during delivery, please raise a claim directly with the courier provider using the AWB (tracking) number.

Return Packing Requirements:

  • Returned items must include all original tags.

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each product is handcrafted with care.

Shipping Policy – Apparels, Accessories and Footwear

Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, delivery details will be shared via email/phone.

  • All payments are to be made via Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

  • Tracking details will be sent by our logistics team from logistics@labeljenn.com once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 15–30 working days (for hand-making and dispatch).

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 working days (for hand-making and dispatch).

  • Ready-To-Dispatch Items: Delivered within 5–7 working days with standard shipping option. [MB1]

Delays

  • In case of an expected delay in shipment, the Company will notify the customer with the updated timeline and details.

International Order

  • Standard shipping takes at least 10 working days [MB2] from the date of dispatch.

  • Express shipping is available for international orders. To request express shipping, subject to additional cost, contact us via email at customersupport@labeljenn.com or WhatsApp at +91 9321161309.

  • For international orders, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Label Jenn shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Address

  • If an order is marked as delivered to an incorrect or wrong address due to inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous address details provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, Label Jenn shall not be held responsible or liable for such mis-delivery, non-delivery, or any resulting loss or inconvenience.

  • If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

  • The company will attempt re-delivery only once more after confirming the correct address with the customer.

  • Customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Cancellations

  • Each Label Jenn piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail.

  • As our products are handmade with love and effort, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Payment Options
We accept payments via Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • We usually ship your order within 6 working days from the date of purchase.

  • If you face any difficulty tracking your shipment, please contact us at customersupport@labeljenn.com, and our team will assist you.

  • Note: Festive holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered working days.

Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping takes 5–7 working days post-dispatch.

  • International Orders: Standard shipping takes at least 14 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Festive holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are excluded from working days.

Order Cancellations

  • Each Label Jenn piece is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail.

  • Since our jewellery is made with love and effort, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to bring our jewellery to every corner of the world.

  • Express shipping is available for domestic and international orders.

  • Additional charges apply for express shipping and are subject to product availability. Our team will guide you accordingly.

  • Some countries may charge import taxes, customs, and duties upon arrival. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility. Please ensure compliance with your country’s regulations. Label Jenn is not responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes.

Incorrect Address

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, email us within 24 hours of placing the order with the subject “Address Update”, including the correct address and pin code. We will do our best to accommodate the change before dispatch.

  • Once the package has been shipped, no changes to the delivery address can be made.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the package cannot be delivered, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). In the event of an RTO, our team will reach out for further assistance.
