Domestic Shipping (India)
• Free Shipping: All orders within India are shipped free of charge.
• Dispatch Timeline:

• Made-to-Order Products: 15–20 business days.

International Shipping
• Shipping charges vary based on the country and postal code.
• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days. Delivery time depends on product availability, location, and the shipping partner.
Delays
• Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• JENN is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Customs & Taxes
• For international orders:
• All customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• JENN does not cover these fees.
• Check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.

Shipping:
The Standard shipping timeline for this product is 5-7 business days.
Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that is logistics@labeljenn.com once the order has been dispatched.
If there is an expected delay in product shipment, the company will inform the customer with an updated shipping timeline and details.
If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Refunds and returns-
Please note the following item is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange or alteration. We also do not refund, return, exchange or alter items bought on sale. Product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects. In case of any damaged or defective product received, the request needs to be raised within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the order. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Disclaimer- any custom charges levied at the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
